Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://cleaningfeli.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Cleaning Feli reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Deep Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning provided by Cleaning Feli. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Cleaning Feli or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Cleaning Feli may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Cleaning Feli does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning Feli's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Cleaning Feli in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Cleaning Feli from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Cleaning Feli may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
